Child Rights & You - Intranet (CRYStal)
The CRYstal Intranet is a virtual CRY. This is CRY's PRIVATE space - to share, collaborate, and communicate. The CRYstal aims to further CRY`s IT vision by:
- Enabling rapid dissemination of information electronically
- Shortening the decision making process
- Saving costs
- Improving communication and collaboration among functions
- There by improving CRY's service to our ultimate stakeholder "The Child"
It is also another step towards building and enhancing CRY`s knowledge base by providing an easy way to store, disseminate and retrieve information. And it is not limited by geography, time of day or availability of particular people. Used well it will ease paperwork, increase accuracy and timeliness and minimize storage.
Child Rights & You - Grant Sanctioning System (GSS)
Grant Sanctioning System, a software developed by Lateral Praxis for CRY-“Child Rights and You” has the following objectives:
- Expediting the entire sanction process internally within various divisions and to external development partners
- Scheduling of project sanctions and project disbursals
- Mapping Sanction timeliness, processes and sub-processes
- Avoiding duplication of sanction mapping
- On-line Repository of entire value addition content and process for all sanctions
